After the successful re-instatement of the church service in Bournemouth in 2006, the CCF again hosted this event at the start of the conference programme. Paul Mcgee spoke on the need to take time to reflect based on John 8 v. 1-11. The music was provided by the Mens Room, a national charity which seeks to help men achieve their potential. Cllr. Fiona Bruce led a time of prayer and her son Sam, one the youngest members of the CCF, manned the sound desk. The audience included Caroline Spelman M.P., Conservative Party Chairman, many other parliamentarians, as well as conference delegates.
